I had a water leak hit my kitchen, office, and master closet on a Sunday, and by Monday morning, Lawton Construction and Restoration was already at my house with dehumidifiers and fans. The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. Ellis, the project manager, was professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. He answered all my questions, called me back quickly, and even came out to the house himself to make sure everything was moving along. Kristen in the office was also great to talk to and super helpful every time I called. But I have to give a special shout-out to Isaiah. He was the heart of this operation. Super dependable, professional, and just a good guy who truly cared about doing things right. He texted me daily with updates, called before every visit, and walked me through everything so I always knew what was happening. His attention to detail and communication gave me total peace of mind. Jose and Javier were part of his crew and they were fantastic as well. Respectful, hard-working, and just solid people all around. One thing I really appreciated was that they waited for insurance approval before opening up any walls. That showed they were looking out for me and not trying to rush the job or put me in a bad spot with surprise costs. Once we got the green light, they got to work fast, cleaned up every day, and handled everything like pros. I’ll be using my own contractor for the rebuild, so I can’t speak to that part, but when it comes to water mitigation, Lawton delivered big time. I’d call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
