It's been 20 years+ since I refinished my hardwood floors throughout my house which contributed to some damage areas. I called several businesses. All provided phone estimates except Luis, Monfils Hardwood Flooring. Luis arrived on time for inspection and work. Luis thoroughly inspected all the floors while wearing a mask and remaining 6ft distance and provided an estimate. Luis' professionalism and workmanship exceeded his prices. Luis provided color samples to assist in choosing stains. His one man team, Juanito, is also amazing. First Day- confirmed stain color, prep areas and sanded floors. Uncovered great WHITE OAK floors. Luis suggested to omit stain and apply clear instead no additional charge. Second day- repairs, replaced damaged planks,and finishes. LOVE LOVE My Floors. The grains are beautiful. Thank you for my beautiful floors!
Luis and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floors in our home. We are so happy with how the floors turned out. The pricing was fair, the job took about a day and a half, and Luis went the extra mile to install some of our floor transition thresholds. I highly recommend Luis and his company!
