Had an appointment for estimate on shower upgrade I was informed they had a family emergency so first appointment canceled. A week later we made another appointment which Larry was a no show and no call. We like using local businesses but this is another reason going with large companies seems to be the best bet. Not even a courtesy call. I drove out to their store just to find out it's by appointment only. I am Kevin. You called a week after our appointment. Sorry for your loss sincerely. But when you didn't show up or call the 2nd time why would I take your call? My time is valuable as well.

They have remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. I could not be happier. They turned out beautiful. They were on time and very clean and professional.

I don't know if you're the person I bought some slate tile I haven't received itand I heard it's going to take at least two to three weeks for me to even get I haven't had no notification on it or anytingI don't know if this is you who I ordered it from but I ordered it from home Depot home Depot could be just a second person and you could be the cellar with home Depot is getting it from so far they're doing a lousy job my behind
