Tyler was great to work with. Showed us the carpet we asked about, explained differences, etc without being pushy or trying to get us to buy something in the next 10 minutes. The aspect I was most impressed with was the attention to detail the installers took. The entire job was getting new carpet on our stairs. The way the padding was installed on each stair was a work of art. I hated to have it covered up by the actual carpet... When we need more flooring in the future, Tyler and his team will be our first stop.

I had a very good experience with The Floor Trader Outlet recently. Ty came out and measured the space and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and kind, showed up exactly when he said he would. I asked him to quote me a Coretec product that was not in the Floor Trading Outlet showroom. He provided this quickly and the price was fair. The installation happened a week later and the crew was ready to go. They were exceptional: good communicators, fast workers, good-natured and a pleasure to have around. They trimmed a door for me as well, they were skilled at everything they did. The result was perfect as far as I can tell. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for putting together a good project for me Ty.
