I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Eli and her team. We hired them to renovate two bathrooms, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The workmanship was sloppy, many details were rushed, and the project ended up costing us significantly more money in the long run due to mistakes that had to be corrected. Not to mention, they were extremely expensive for the level of work and professionalism we received. One of the most alarming incidents was a mirror they installed falling off the wall just days later, which chipped our brand-new countertops. Rather than taking accountability or covering the damages, Eli blamed the subcontractor and told us business was slow. That response alone spoke volumes about the level of professionalism and responsibility we experienced throughout the project. Eli was rarely on-site and seemed largely unaware of what was actually happening day to day. Her subcontractors were inconsistent, rushed through work, and problems were often ignored instead of resolved properly. Communication was frustrating, and accountability was lacking the entire time. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst contractor experiences we’ve had. Be very careful before hiring this company.

I recently worked with Eli and her amazing team at The Floor Gallery to completely redo the flooring and tile in all three of our bathrooms, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience! No surprise add-ons, no nickel-and-diming as the project went along; everything was clear and upfront, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Eli and her team were professional, tidy, and a pleasure to have in our home from start to finish.
