We sell and install GAIA SPC flooring at many of our clients home and always received rave compliments regarding the flooring quality and colors. GAIA is one of the best SPC flooring that you can trust. They also have a very good team behind it and always listen to customers feedback to improve their product quality and looks!

These floors are awful!!! They’re failing within 2 years of installation and they won’t stand behind their product. The manufacturer instructions do not say you need a moisture barrier down on the slab before you lay the flooring. Turns out you do…ours are warped all throughout the main level and tripping hazards. They said it’s because they weren’t installed correctly. However, we had the same installer install the floors upstairs and those floors are perfect (no moisture on the upper level subfloor of course). Manufacturer defect and their warranty is completely useless. I’d never recommend them.
