We had this contractor install flooring throughout our entire 2 story house including stairwell. To say he is an expert - understates the high quality of his work, demeanor, and attention to detail. He really is someone that you can trust to do what he says - and do it well. We had very bad weather that would usually stop progress, but this contractor worked throughout without a complaint etc.
This is our second time working with Herb. In both instances, his communication is thorough and friendly. Scheduling is always a juggle, but we worked it out and were ready to roll as soon as a spot opened up in Herb’s schedule. The work is all explained upfront and expectations are clear for all of us. In both jobs, Herb prepared and sealed our concrete slab on our lower level in two different homes. The resulting moisture barrier left us with complete peace of mind that our LVP flooring would be installed per manufacturer’s instructions with mitigated moisture levels. We LOVE working with Herb and recommend him highly for any flooring job!!
