Removed old kitchen and garage light fixtures and replaced with new, Repaired drywall and replaced facia boards. Was very punctual, professional and kept work space clean. Completed job in a very timely manner. Very personable crew. Would highly recommend Nieto Construction.
The owner did a very poor job on my grandmother's house. In fact, he did not inform her that he could not perform per the contract. He made a reckless decision to work on her property without workers' compensation insurance. He should have agreed to void the contract, but he did not. His reason for not avoiding it was, he did not know his licensed had been suspended by his licensing board. Nieto Construction is not a business that can be trusted.
