Carbonneau Ceramic Tile

Sad when they say the problems they caused in the installation of my granite counter tops cannot be fixed. They said they did not know what caused the problem. I thought they were the experts. Another problem is the mitering was way off and the joints do not meet and are off by 1/2 inch. Another problem is the uneven installation. The two pieces are not flush with a noticeable rise. Another issue they said they could not fix. So many problems so many excuses. Go with a company that actually takes pride in their workmanship. Response. I only picked the granite that was to be installed by them. Too bad they did not mention the offer to fix anything was regarding only the grout that had cracked. I do not blame them for the crack in the grout issue that they offered to scrape and replace at $130.00 per hour. The only other offer was that I brew some coffee and put it on the seams to try and fix it myself. The work on the granite counter top subsequent to their original installation was done by them only on the grout and sealing the granite and no one else. Yes, it was installed years ago but I was hoping they would stand by their product and the installation. They passed the buck and blamed the granite supplier and their installer who is no longer with them. The bottom line is the problem in the seam finish was caused by them and they had no answer or reasonable offer to remedy the issue.

Excellent customer service. I went in looking for a replacement piece of corner tile for a shower I'm working on. Not only was I surprised to find they had it, but i ended up walking out with a sample to confirm it was the right piece. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and downright funny. I will definitely recommend Carbonneau to other folks looking for tile supplies in the future.

This company goes above and beyond. Not only is there work top notch but they were so good about working around our businesses needs. They were fast, friendly and extremely reasonably priced. Now it has been many years since they did this beautiful tub installation for us and we recently had a tile break. I gave them a call simply to ask if they could recommend a product so I could fix it myself. They said Pierre will come over and take a look so they could be sure what exactly was needed. Well not only did he come right over but he fixed it at no charge. Thank you Pierre!
