Monico is straightforward, honest, and reasonable. His team completely renovated a room above my garage in Dixon, CA and installed new plumbing, electrical, bathroom, kitchenette, and flooring to make it a stand alone apartment. He only hires subcontractors that are respectful and considerate of your home. His bids were competitive as well. I'd hire him again any day. Strongly recommend.

I have also seen the results of remodels they have done and the work they do is hands-down the best! No matter how small or large scale the project is, they deliver perfection! Definitely doesn’t even deserve one star. Called his business to offer him a commercial project in his area was super rude and has no sense of customer service stay away to avoid a very negative experience.
