We had a great experience with The Hardwood Avenue and would highly recommend them. Paulo was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the flooring selection process, taking the time to help us find the best material and color for our home. He allowed us to bring multiple samples home so we could see how they looked in different rooms and lighting conditions throughout the day, which made a huge difference in our decision. I also appreciated that the consultation process was informative and pressure-free. Paulo focused on educating us about the options rather than pushing specific products, which helped us feel confident in our choice. The installation process was smooth from start to finish. The demolition and new flooring installation were completed in about a week, and the crew was professional, detailed, and respectful of our home. They kept the work area neat and paid close attention to the quality of their work. Overall, we are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend The Hardwood Avenue to anyone looking for new flooring.

We could not be happier with the service and the final product. We probably went to the San Ramon showroom five different times and Paolo was patient and cordial. After going to another four or five different places, and finding that we could not settle on a particular pattern, and with Paolo's assistance, we agreed to get unstained oak and chose a color later. Jose and Pedro worked their tails off installing, sanding and staining, and our kitchen and hall look gorgeous. The only issue now is that the oak we put in 25 years ago in our living room and dining roof look pretty crummy in comparison! But, we will get these guys to sand and stain them in the near future. Great service, craftsmanship and value. Five Stars.
