I presented three tough challenges: a limited budget, curved not-level sub-flooring, and a complex set of stairs. Today they finished installation, and I’m so happy with their work. Daniel and Leo have been highly communicative, timely, and enjoyable to work with. They’re a father/son team and their experience working together shows. Mine wasn’t an easy or straight-forward project. The guys had to solve whacky problems and wear different hats along the way (they framed my unique stairs and installed new baseboards in addition to the flooring). The results are fantastic! If you’re looking for experienced flooring installers, call the Silvas. They’re collaborative and reliable.
Daniel has redone my floors for years now in serveral houses and most recently replaced my parquet hardwood floors that had drill holes in them and has always done the perfect job! Amazing work with great attention to detail, very reasonably priced and quality service!.My go too floor guy for years now!
