We recently had Genaro and his team install turf in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their customer service was truly top-notch. They were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The team that did the installation was incredibly detail-oriented, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Our backyard has been completely transformed into a beautiful and functional space. Our 18-month-old now has a safe and clean area to run around and play, and we've been spending every day out there enjoying it as a family. I very rarely post reviews but Genaro and his Glscapes team were fantastic and deserve a huge shout-out. We engaged Yardzen to create a backyard design for our Inner Sunset home and they recommended three landscaping firms. I interviewed all three and liked Genaro's approach and energy the best. He asked great questions and suggested some tweaks to make the design even better. His communication throughout was excellent and the project came in on budget and even a bit ahead of schedule despite a couple of rainy days. The crew was always on time, professional, super nice, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We wanted to reuse some existing materials (SF cobblestones and flagstones), which they skillfully integrated into the new design. The finished project looked just like the Yardzen renderings, which was really impressive. We'd enthusiastically recommend Genaro and Glscapes!
