Wonderful team! We are so happy with the results! Kincaid Construction Owners, Chris & Jessica, came out to our home to hear about our problem areas, make suggestions, and come up with a plan to achieve our desired results. After suffering with poor lighting in the kitchen for years, their vision of updated pendants and adding recessed lighting came out beautiful and achieved the light we were looking for so we can use the space for gathering, homework, etc. They were wonderful with all my potential product questions for the area as we were deciding among many options! Kincaid also modernized our patio by switching out numerous old fans for recessed lighting and upgraded fans. We’ve also added recessed lighting to another dark room that completely transformed the space into a useable area. Chris & team are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have loved working with Kincaid Construction and are excited to grow our list of next projects with them! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen and living area remodel. This includes redoing our fireplace. Always prompt. Chris kept me informed all the time regarding when his crew would arrive. He finished on time. Chris gave us excellent design advice on items for our kitchen, that we never considered. He worked well with our designer. Chris is easy to talk to and easy to work with. Highly recommend bringing him in for a quote on your remodel.

Chris was easy to work with. He communicated well throughout the project, helped with design considerations and style advice and was open to feedback / adjustments. The quote process was laid out in detail, he managed changed orders professionally and billings were itemized and matched the initial quote exactly.
