Mr. Sandless Floor Refinishing Chico

I contacted Shane to refurbish my hard wood floors. Everyone thought they were fine but I knew all the nooks and crannies of dirt and debris! Mr. Sandless came in my home and was very up front with what he could and do! After an entire day of him working on my floors I was thrilled to see the results. They look better than they ever have!!!!

I’m very happy with the work Shane did on my new porch railings and fence. He took great care with the details and it looks so much better than I thought it could. Originally, I was going to sand and *think* about staining it myself, but I’m so glad I had it done professionally. I doubt that it would’ve looked this pretty if I had done it on my own. It was worth every penny and, honestly, his rate was very reasonable. He worked for three days and saved me a great deal of labor. I don’t think I would’ve had the courage to stain it at all, and the color was just perfect! It was the original yellowish pine color to begin with and we went with a beach house gray to match my new stairs and paint.

Shane with Mr. Sandless was fantastic to work with! He was responsive, timely, and took the time to educate us on the refinishing process. Our original 1962 hardwood floors were pretty worn, but he brought them back to life with a beautiful finish and color we absolutely love. Highly recommend Shane and the Mr. Sandless team for anyone looking to restore their floors without the hassle of a full sand and refinish!
