Three years ago, I had some LVP flooring installed, it began to cup and crack along the edges. The original installer only guaranteed their work for one year, fortunately the flooring itself had a 25-year warranty and it was honored. I contacted Raphael Hardwood Flooring for an estimate to fix things. Josh Raphael came out and evaluated the situation, determined the cause of damage, gave me an estimate, and a date to repair the floor which I accepted. The damaged floor was removed, the sub-floor repaired, and the replacement flooring installed. The crew performing the repair did a fantastic job, on schedule, and left no mess. I am completely satisfied with their expertise and quality of work; I would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring or a repair.
