Jon and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job on our hardwood floor project, truly transforming our home and elevating its designer appeal. The project included the staircase and all four bedrooms upstairs—lots of intricate cuts and complex edges, all navigated with precision and skill. Jon managed to complete the job within our tight timeline while keeping the job site impressively clean and tidy, which was much appreciated with young kids running around. I can’t recommend Jon enough—his craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none!

We had a fantastic experience with Jon and his team member Jorge at Santa Cruz Flooring and Design! They brought our 60-year-old hardwood floors back to life and did some tricky patchwork that blends in beautifully. They were professional, pleasant to work with, and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Our floors, and the stairs they refinished look absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Jon and the rest of the crew did such a great job patching and refinishing our oak hardwood floors. There used to be carpet covering half of it and when we pulled it up, there were patches of floor that had been previously removed. After their patching, including carefully feathering in the new boards with the old ones, I can't even see where the old patches were. They hand stained the floor and now it is really beautiful. EcoPacific takes an unusually high level of care and pride in their work. They are artisans. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and will use them myself if I ever have the chance again.
