Russell Hardwood Floors

These guys are great!!! We’ve used Russell Hardwood Floors three times at two houses. We first used them about 10 years ago to refinish our existing floors, then three years ago to replace carpet with new hardwood floors, including curved steps. During the second go-round we decided to put our home up for sale in the middle of the installation. Russell worked with us and was very flexible. This year, in our new home, they added hardwood floors to our existing floors and new floors to an addition. They had to fill in the “butt ends” and replace a damaged area that we weren’t aware of and routed in the space for our heating floor vents so they are flush with our floors. I highly recommend doing this. Each time we used Russell, they perfectly matched +50 year old oak floors and added new oak floors seamlessly. Rich’s staff has always been very nice, tidy and respectful. Even our neighbors commented to us that our flooring guys were very nice. They use water based polyurethane, better for their employees and the environment, but also do oil based if you prefer. I highly recommend Russell Hardwood Floors. They consistently do a great job and are competitively priced.

We had red oak hardwood floors installed by Russell Flooring and absolutely love the results. Rich was wonderful to work with and the installation was meticulous. The entire team communicated very clearly with us and answered all of our questions. Eric and Tim were especially great to work with! Tim completed the last finishing touches that made the floor perfect.

Russell Hardwoods Crew is so outstanding I never miss the opportunity to tell everyone!!! Rich was very responsive with all our questions, before, during and after the work. Tim and Justin were such great workers, respectful, thoughtful, intelligent, well spoken, wonderful young men I would happily claim as my own! Workers that diligent you just cannot find these days. The work was completed with excellent care and looks amazing! I had my old floor resurfaced and an additional room changed from carpet to oak flooring. It profoundly changed the entire home!!!
