I love this place. I’ll never look anywhere else for floor/tile needs, and I’ll recommend to anyone who needs this type of product. Floor & Decor made my shopping and selection experience extremely pleasant. Everyone on the floor was always available for to help, and completely respectful when you were not ready. When you are ready, they are giving of their time answering questions, making recommendations, and are fully knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient in preparing my materials, packaging them for transport, and loading them onto the truck. Everything was secure for the 40 mile trip home on the freeway. This place is the best in every way, and they beat the prices and selection of other big-name stores. Shout out to every associate that make my experience so positive and kudos to the management/leadership for creating such a great place for customers. Thank you all for all that you do to make your customers’ visits pleasant ones.

Huge thank you to Ali for her help. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. This is the kind of person that’s the foundation of a customer service team. She’s knowledgeable and GENUINELY cares about the customer experience. Tile is not my speciality so I needed a little more assistance than I’d like to admit but Ali was more than up for the challenge. If she is setting the tone for your team, you’re going to have some very happy customers. Note to upper management: give her the keys to the store already. She’s on her way up!
