Alex was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He worked on our upstairs flooring from December through February, covering approximately 2,000 sq. ft., including five bedrooms and the hallway and the results are nothing short of stunning. We chose luxury, extra-wide European white oak planks, and the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Alex delivered truly exceeded our expectations. Every cut, seam, and finish was executed flawlessly, and the final outcome completely elevated the look and feel of our home. What really set Alex apart was his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. At one point, we decided to make a design adjustment to about 25 planks, and Alex immediately accommodated the change without hesitation, ensuring everything was redone perfectly. He also left the space extremely clean swept and mopped which we really appreciated, especially after such a large project. Alex did a great job reflooring our entire condo. From helping us avoid a poor material choice initially, to removing and replacing all baseboards so we couldn’t tell he did it, to leveling an area under the toilet so the floor was flatter. We decided after he had completed the job to replace the tub enclosure and that left a gap, well, Alex came back and used two left over pieces of flooring to make it look perfect. Alex was a pleasure to work with.
