This contractor dumped equipment, unregistered trucks and other junk on my lot without authorization and refuses to move it (squatting). My experience with Peter Ellis and this company is negative and leaves much to be desired.
Peter Ellis const. Did a fantastic job removing carpet, tack strip and wall base. Also ceramic floor tile at the entry along with to bathrooms of sheet vinyl. They sent a 3 man crew w/ a 20’ dump trailer. Work was completed with in 6 + hrs. They moved all furniture for the home owner and placed it back. Of course we did some pre cleaning of desks and small items prior to demo. The 3 young men were very polite and supported or needs making this happen. I was very happy with the final results.
Two people showed up on time, they knew what they were doing, explained my error, did the repair for reasonable price and left. Five stars all the way around.
