James was to install a perimeter fence for our property in July 2021. After paying a deposit for material, he never showed up. Each appointment scheduled he was a no show with every excuse you can think of. Do not waste your time with this person, he will take you money and never show up or give you a refund. Please read all the other reviews here and at the BBB and see how many people he has done this too. UPDATE: He refunded the money after 5 months, I contacted the state licensing board and his Bond company. That might have helped.

We hired James back in 2019 to build a fence for where we keep our pigs. Took him almost six months. Quality was poor from the start and now, just two years later, many of the welds are failing and the whole thing will likely need to be redone. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not have him do any work for you. Even if it were free the price would be too high.

Contracted James for a fallen fence that I split with a neighbor and he gave me a price that we agreed on. It took 4 weeks to complete. Always had an excuse for not being here. It's raining, had to fire employees, my secretary is stealing from me. On and on. Total of 3 months and my gates are still not done. Do not hire this man if you actually expect him to complete anything. The craftsmanship is sub par. I don't think he owns a level. Going to complete myself. I can do a better job and I'm in HVAC.
