The work itself was great, and the foreman they sent was really a pleasure. It was everything around that which was super frustrating. We had a lot of drama around invoices – especially after their email got hacked and I almost got scammed out of $10k with a fraudulent payment link. We also had some disagreements around scope, with them claiming we never talked about some things that I had brought up multiple times verbally and in writing. I was really disappointed with this, because the output was awesome – but ultimately too much headache to recommend them again.

Couldn't have had a better experience than M&L. You always hear horror stories about getting good contractors, but I had such a wonderful experience throughout my project (replacing siding on the entire front of my house). This was my first big home project and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elfego was so pleasant to work with and he was very patient with all my questions and requests. His craftsmanship and attention to detail blew me away, and I really felt he went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Mark was great to work with from a coordination and communication standpoint. Very responsive to my emails/questions throughout this project. Pricing was extremely fair for the quality of work I received. Highly recommend M&L! Will be coming back to them for future projects.

Hired M&L and Mark to repair rotted staircase, exterior siding and some miscellaneous items. Work was very high quality and price was reasonable. Also very responsive and professional. These guys know what they are doing and I would give them six stars if I could.
