Our experience with Pacific Fence was exceptional. It exceeded our hopes and expectations on ALL levels. We had a fairly complex situation to replace our entire fence and add gates which required coordination with five neighbors. It was a high-quality experience from the first point of contact with owner Darrin Petzer to our engagement with foreman Serafin and the entire team. Darrin was always accessible and very thorough with his replies from start to finish. QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP: their commitment to quality is evident. They chose high quality lumber and their attention to detail to craft a beautiful end product is stellar. PROFESSIONALISM AND COLLABORATION: they listen carefully and solicit input to collaborate and make sure the end result is on point. They were professional every step of the way and offered suggestions to enhance the finished product. New ideas included a screen to “hide” recycling bins and premium locking latch devices for gates. TEAM DYNAMICS: it’s a special team at Pacific Fence. You can tell when a team enjoys working together. Their energy and laughter was evident throughout the week-long project. They were early to work each day, diligently worked and finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly and left the worksite spotless. FINISHED PRODUCT: Pacific Fence transformed and beautified our home. Pacific Fence just completed a 105’ redwood fence along our property line. We highly recommend them as we are pleased with every aspect of the project. The owner and crew are professional and responsive and attentive to detail. They worked efficiently. The completed fence is beyond our expectations in design and craftsmanship and it was evident the crew took pride in their work. It has greatly improved the appearance of mine and my neighbor’s property. We will hire them again for future projects.
