Arrow Fence

By far some of the worst customer service overall from a company we spent 10k with. We are local Non-Profit organization, and the Installation was done well and looks great, all things worked for the first year. (then we got an error code from the main board saying the edge was bad. The emergency bumper edge that if an object touches it, it would bounce back and open) After many calls with our sliding gate not opening and closing properly and a technician spending multiple wasted hours/ visits attempting new parts and getting billed for any that were out of warranty, our problem was not fixed. Finally after replacing the main control board the problem was still there, (GATE STUCK OPEN). Finally after all of the back and forth, and replaced parts, the error code that was reading that one of the edges was bad, was still reading. Then they determine that the edges should be replaced. As all this went on we requested a different technician come look at it, and was told that the employee which I will not name was the best in the business, contrary to what the tech told me which was that he was new to the industry, and was previously an HVAC guy. (something wasn't adding up) So after a phone call to Alan (maybe the owner, or at least operator) I was talked to as if I was a incompetent nitwit who should be looking to him as the savior of all things related to our gate, he apologized....... "for not giving us the warm and fuzzies" and then went on to tell me how long he'd been in business. Wasn't sure what this had to do with our gate not working, and the wasted time and labor that we spent our money on. All of this to say we got our final invoice and needed clarity on all things as we need to be able to answer to our Board of representatives on what was spent, and was met with again a hostile Alan. We are happy to part ways with ARROW and move on to a company that may give us the "warm and fuzzies" and also knows how to diagnose basic problems with the things they install.

I have known the owner of Arrow Fence for over 20 years. He has installed many jobs for us with excellent results. We have a drive gate that has worked flawlessly for over 20 years. I highly recommend this companies service. Kirk

PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!And im being generous with this one star. He never called me when he was on the way to come out to do an estimate on my gate. Showed up before the scheduled time and took measurements on my driveway, without me there. But the funny part is he didn't even know what kind of gate i wanted. Then a week later i had to call him and then he asks what kind of gate i want.
