I called Rodrigo at Kings Refinish because we didn't like the color of the semi-transparent that another refinisher did. So we were desperate to correct it and Rodrigo was very reassuring and accommodating. He said they could fix it. And he did! And we are so happy! Rodrigo was very clear and easy to communicate with. I needed a reliable company to spruce up our 10 yr old, 1000 sqft ipe deck. I met three of them, and all felt solid. Kings Refinish came in with the lowest quote so we hired them for the job. They did a great job. The communication with Rodrigo was simple, his team was on time, moved the furniture off the deck, and then back on, and even cleaned up the windows that got water stains on them after the water jet cleaning.
