Ultra Fencing

I contacted Ted for an estimate and he came out the following day. The estimate was very reasonable, I scheduled an appointment with them to do the installation. The install was completed in a day and looks excellent. Will definitely use Ted and his crew for any future projects.

Update: Jan 25th 2019, main gate just fell off 1 year 4 months later. See photo. The more me and my wife have to deal with our fence, the more I am ashamed we went with Ultra Fence. It has only been about 6 months from initial installation and I truly am disappointed with my decision to trust Ultra Fence to have the ability to install a half-decent, quality fence. Between the gate not being metal as quoted, how the gate is not square whatsoever (which should be something a fence company should be able to do with ease) and having the fence not even be attached to the posts in multiple locations brings me to the conclusion that anyone considering this company need look elsewhere or give fencing yourself a chance. If I had the option, and was less of a person as to not live with my mistakes, I would ask them to take it all down and either use someone else or build it myself. Not only is the quality of the fence poor, their so called "warranty" is a joke. IF you can even get someone to come out and fix any issue in a timely manner. Example: gate wouldn't close due to swelling (which is fine, that happens, its wood) but when you have pets that should remain in the yard with a gate that does not shut it causes issues; even more so when you call to have it fixed and have to wait 2 weeks with no response. Finally you have to call and demand it be fixed or you will call someone else to fix it and send them the bill. Fence issues aside, the quality of customer service with Ultra Fence is great....at first...this is where they get you. Very personable owner talks the talk but follow through is not there unless there is a bill to be paid. I didn't hear from anyone after the first quote for months then once the fence was done and there was money to be had, oh man I would get a call twice a day then. I get wanting to get paid who doesn't, but after all that we had to go through and the price we paid (which was way too much for the quality of work and product we got) was unbelievable. Only thing I can say positive is the two guys that did the work where very personable guys, quality wasn't good but they sure where nice...wish my fence was like there personality...nice.... Needless to say all the repairs that WILL need to be made I will be calling someone else or doing myself as waiting for anyone to fix it or fix it right will be a waste of time and not worth being disappointed all over again.

We will never use another fence company! From the owner to the installers we had the best experience. They were efficient, kind and had great all around customer service.
