My husband and I own and live in a duplex in Oakland. We were referred to Justin after mentioning to our contractor we wanted to construct and install new windows in various parts of our downstairs unit. We scheduled with Justin for an estimate and were elated that we found someone who could do the work at a fair cost. We could not find someone to construct a new window for years, so this was a boon. Throughout the entire process, Justin was communicative, thorough, and efficient. He explained construction every step of the way and all the parts that go along with installing a new window and replacing any siding suffering from dry rot. My husband and I work from home, so Justin was also incredibly patient with us – especially when we came down with Covid and went overseas, bringing construction to a halt! We now have a newly constructed window in our front room and bedroom and two larger windows in our office. We are so happy with Justin’s work and are incredibly grateful. We highly recommend him and hope to see him again for future work on the West side of our property.
