Had an issue with my automatic gate closer and dropped the actuator off the day after Thanksgiving. They not only knew what the issue was but they offered to repair it while I waited. They worked on the unit for approximately 30 minutes and when I ask what the cost I was told that I didn't owe then anything. I want to note that we did not purchase the gate closer there those we have purchased other fencing products there. I am a big fan of doing business locally and will continue to purchase all my fencing needs from Live Wire. I great company.

Went there to grab some pants and wow. I know it's just clothes but the owners made me feel right at home and the prices can't be beat. It's not a big box store like bootbarn but the clothes they had were on point and it was fun being around people that understood what blue collar really means.

These guys are great! We have been going to them for a long time for various farm, and fence supplies. They are a small family that's run it since we've been going there. I think it's mom and dad, and their kids, and other family members. I highly recommended them for any supplies because if there is a problem with the item, they are try to make sure to get it resolved. We came back with a box of insulated fence posts that kept cracking and breaking when we tried to put them on the posts. They took the entire box back, even the broken ones, and gave us a full refund. Also, just recently we ordered a round pen from them during the Draft Horse Classic, (on sale) we got the round pen, and brought it home. We went to unload it and put it up and realized the gate was defective. We called them up, and told them what was wrong, they said they were going to call the manufacturer and see what can be done, since we just picked it up the day before, and it wasn't even used yet. They called the manufacturer, and pretty much the manufacturer wanted is to fix it ourselves, and not give us a new replacement. Live Wire said to just bring the gate in and they will just give me a new one, rather than us just having me make my own repair. They were willing to just take the gate and deal with manufacturer themselves without maling me wait for them too.
