Out-standing customer service and professionalism! Veronica (Office Mgr.) was very courteous, friendly, understanding and precise in taking my repair request. Kenny (Technician) was prompt, knowledgeable and very proficient in repairing my Ramsey 1000 Gate Opener. I live about 50 miles outside of Bakersfield. Office staff was very friendly when I called for an appointment, technician was prompt in his arrival time, friendly and efficient. He had to go back to their shop to get a circuit board, but returned the same day. He completed the needed repairs, reset and tested the system to make sure that everything was working properly. I was very pleased with the service I received and feel that the charges were fair. Thank you ! I would definitely recommend them.
