I recently worked with Jesus Duran, owner of JD General Construction on a full remodel of my new condominium. Jesus and his team gutted the kitchen and both bathrooms, put in new floors, doors, trim and baseboards. Prior to hiring Jesus, I met with quite a few contractors and was looking for someone with experience doing modern design. I chose Jesus because of his interest in design, passion for the project, his technical knowledge and easy going style. He is an artist with tile. His project manager can do anything, works hard, is respectful and is a good finisher. Jesus cares about pleasing his clients. He has a respect for the beauty of good design, which is not always the case with contractors. Unless you are doing something really out of the ordinary, Jesus has the skills to handle your design needs. I am very particular and not an easy to please client. Jesus will tell you like it is if he thinks you are making a mistake but he is not pushy. His quote was fair and his prices are reasonable. I love my new home and am very grateful to Jesus and his team for a job well done.
