It is disappointing that the person who did my concrete work ordered from these people. The driver came late and I was charged $2.00 per minute for late fee for 20 minutes totaling $40.00. They saved my credit card info and made a different transaction which was not authorized be me nor this charges were disclosed before hand to me. Just like that, charge people and rip-off. very disappointing service. The person was very rude on the phone as well. I don't recommend people to use their services. Look for other places for your needs.

This place promised to deliver our first load of concrete by 7am, didn’t show up til 8:00 am without a heads up. We ordered 10 yards to begin and a clean up truck with 8 yards total of 18 yards they still charged us a short load fee of 10.00. It was not about the $$ 10.00 but the principle. We should charge a late fee like they would to me if I would have stalled them in any way. To top it off the second load came from the Turlock plant the concrete was not mixed right. The mix was not drying like the first batch. I called to express my concerns and they flat out don’t care. I would highly recommend any other concrete company to anyone in the area

We live in Modesto and could use the concrete company here, yet we were referred to CVC by someone. Well...we will NEVER use them again. My husband ordered 30 yards of concrete which was 3 trucks. The first two trucks had pretty much the same anout of mi. In them. When the third truck arrived by seeing quantity he got from the first 2 trucks he ordered 6 more yards on top of the third truck. When the third truck was empied he needed pretty much NOTHING more. The last truck with the 6 yards was on its way and my husband called to cancel and ask why the last truck had so much more cuz he didnt need the extra 6 more yards. He was told they are all computer measured and they are all the same. But you could CLEARLY see the difference in what each truck provided. They would not cancel the extra 6 yards, charged him for it and them sent that truck with his paod for concrete to salida for another call and they also paid for that same 6 yards my husband just had. VERY SHADDY way to do business. The concrete also has SO MUCH calcium in it that it is setting way to fast for this hot day. My husband has laid a lot of concrete and we WILL NEVER USE CVC OR RECOMMENDED it to ANYONE.
