A & A Concrete Supply Inc

I ordered 13 yards of concrete from this company, and I called to check up on my order several times through the past weeks leading up to my appointment and everything every time was good. When they come to deliver concrete it only was 10yrds on his books and we had to wait for a second truck, which is fine, but I was told also there was no extra delivery for weekend fees and the man on the phone even chuckled a bit at disbelief companiess do that, and said no there is no weekend fees. And when I get the bill at the end I have a surprise of an extra $130. The guy on the phone basically called me a liar and said no one told me that. I specifically went with this company because they told me that. everyone else charges for a weekend fee, so when this company said they do not I booked them right away. And to top the day off they driver has no change on him to give us change, so we "gave the driver a tip". I don't give out credit cards or debit cards too often, so I use cash when I'm dealing with companies I know not to well of. I'm extremely unhappy with even going with this company and if you go with this company, make sure you ask all questions and get names of who you talk to, otherwise expect to be called a liar. Be aware when dealing with them!!!

We order concrete from this company thinking they were reliable, it turned out that we scheduled for Saturday at 11 and called Friday to make sure and it was all set; till Saturday that we called just to make sure and they said we weren’t scheduled till 1pm, what? We couldn’t do anything the guy basically said we were laying. So we waited till 12 and called again and they were on their way they would be here at 1pm but no they didn’t get here at 1pm they arrived past 3pm and to top it off the concrete was bad it basically was drying as soon as it hit the ground even though we ask them to put something in it so we could have more time working with it. And the poor guys the ones working with that cement, they where having a very hard time trying to make it work. We didn’t even used all that truck we sent it back and we had another truck that came right after that was way better than the first. We used all that truck and we had a third that we didn’t even used we weren’t charged for that one 2 Yards but we were changed for the 2 first tracks. We called to complain becouse part of my cement is so ugly needs to be fixed thanks to them. A contractor came and took some pictures and left and we haven’t heard from them till now. We been trying to call them but we haven’t been successful yet
