Hernandez Masonry

This company was recommended to me by a friend who had work done by Juan Hernandez. I was impressed by Juan's work and heard so many great things about him so I decided to call him for an estimate. Let me give you the timeline: 1. Monday, June 8th - Called his main office and his assistant said he would pass along my information to Juan, but that I should try calling him as well. 2. Sent him a text message as soon as I ended the call with the assistant and never received a reply. 3. Tuesday, June 9th - Called him and he answered and we scheduled an appointment for the estimate for Thursday 4. Thursday, June 11th (3:30PM) - He called me to tell me he needed to reschedule the estimate appointment, I told him okay, but he ended up showing up on this same day, measured and assured me I would get the estimate soon. 5. Tuesday, June 16th (11:15AM) - Still waiting on an estimate, no call, text nor email from Juan. 5 days is more than enough to get an estimate completed and sent to the client I am truly disappointed by this because, again, I heard so many great things about Juan and his company. It's sad that I did not get the professionalism that I was expecting.

Juan and his team are great. they have completed several projects for us over the last 5 years including building a 20' tall block wall for our shop. if you need the job done right and fast, these are the guys to call.

Juan and his team replaced our wooden fence with a concrete wall and made it match the other wall we already had. They had everything done in less than two days. Great quality, service, and value.
