This was the second time that I have hired Casey to install piers on our hillside home. He was originally the top referral from a city inspector who spoke highly of his work and overall character. The first project (installing piers around the perimeter of the home) revealed some more complicated structural issues that required a follow up phase of work to add a foundation footer to a home addition. On both projects, Casey has been exceptional. He is always prompt in his responses, proactive in his communications, provides a clear and fair bid, maintains a reliable schedule and performs top quality work. We called Casey first to take a manometer reading on our 40 year old house foundation, found that it was sinking, and then hired Casey to stabilize it by setting it on piers. Casey sets the standard for workmanship and work ethic . He returned calls promptly, he set a schedule and bid and kept to them, he clearly laid out the scope of the work and maintained good communication throughout, he told us when he would arrive, what he would do each day, and what time he would leave, he worked alone and very hard, and he kept the work site neat and safe.
