SpradCon Builders remodeled our 1960’s vintage bathroom on time and within budget. Their team is professional and deliver beautiful craftsmanship with keen attention to detail. The bathroom is a fairly small space, and previously had an awkward layout Their team was collaborative and helped design a new, user-friendly layout that included: * Wall hung custom vanity w/ raised vessel sink and undercabinet (Philips HUE) LED lighting * Wall hung Toto toilet w/ recessed tank * Custom shower w/ glass shower door * Limestone floor & wall tile * Pebble tile shower floor * Backlit mirror A huge thank you to their entire team for delivering a stunning bathroom remodel to our home!

I used them for a kitchen remodel. From the first contact they were very professional, knowledge and helpful in the entire process. They were always open for input from the customer wants but helpful with guidance in areas I needed more help. They were always on time and left the job site clean (since we were living in the home during this time). The crews were very meticulous with whatever task they were doing during the remodel. At no point during the process did I ever feel like I was left out having a say or taken advantage of (remodel not my area a specialty). I would highly recommend Spradling Construction for any job.
