Kyle's team renovated two bedrooms having 1987 vintage carpet and popcorn ceilings and an adjacent bathroom converting a tub into a spacious shower. Out doors Kyle scheduled the replacement of a badly root-damaged 10'x20' section of back porch concrete, the temporary movement of a heat pump compressor and installed a drip pan and drain to the nearby down spout ... and all in under three days. Kyle worked from his list made from his experiences and our enjoyable walk and talks. Kyle's team protected against foot traffic on floors and there surroundings, were on time coming in the mornings and leaving in the afternoons. Kyle and his team were very respectful with questions and kept us informed when work moved from one project another. Kyle's extra miles -- one example: When our Home Depot ran short of our floor laminate Kyle drove to Palmdale and Barstow ... leaving town at 5 AM. P. S. And all this was professionally done with Kyle's wife giving birth to a brand new baby girl ... !!

I'd recommend Kyle with Shermer Construction . I had quartz countertops w/backslash,sink and led lightning installed. He was professional, informative on the process, and quick to respond to my messages when I had questions, and easy to talk to. Would continue doing business as a returning customer in future.
