Pyramid Concrete Design

These guys went out of their way to give excellent service. We had to bust up our sidewalk to fix a broken pipe underneath…they came to give us a bid when we weren’t home, and kindly filled in our hole with gravel without being asked (it was right before Halloween and it was a huge safety risk). Great guys, great service. Thank you!

He came and made a bid on our back patio for $3k we agreed and he showed up with his workers and all the wet concrete and said he bid wrong and we owed another $500. I was mad but had to pay. The concrete cracked in several places within a year. 2 years later we foolishly tried to give him a second chance and he came and bid $10k for a pad with footings. We waited for him to schedule then we called twice and he said it would be the end of the month. That came and went so we called and told him we needed it done ASAP as the construction crew was waiting. He said he had decided to take the winter off and wouldn’t get to it until next spring, oh and he just did a pad that size for someone else and charged them $15k so that’s what he would charge us, even though we already had the bid in writing. He is the most shady, underhanded businessman and should have his license revoked.

I just love my patio. Jeff and his team were so professional and respectful to my property. I get so many complement. Thank for the great job.
