Concrete Paver Restorations

Our backyard pavers were looking pretty shabby. It was time to bring them back to life again. I got several bids for cleaning, adding polymeric sand and sealing the pavers. Concrete Paver Restoration’s bid was reasonable, and I liked their previous reviews, so we decided to go with them. The pavers now look much better than they did before. We had a couple of minor issues, but Alan took care of them. He pays a lot of attention to details, which we like. We’re very pleased with the quality of the work they provide, thanks to Alan. I would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend them.

Your crew, Manny & Luis, replaced cracked brick on our home's front entry, replaced sunken brick that bordered our patio, and added new brick to border our landscaped areas. Manny did an excellent job matching the existing brick color, texture, and decorative accents. The additions blend well with the previous brickwork as if they had always been there. They also cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with how it all looks.

Hired CPR to clean and reseal our 9 year old pavers back in October. Started out well with Manny and his son working hard to clean them. All went downhill from there. Drew & Joe came mid afternoon to fill the sand that had come out during hot water surface cleaning. Our contract stated the use of polymeric sand, but they suggested using mesh 30 instead. Joe took a bag of sand & started throwing it all over. Drew went out to their truck to make some calls. Joe brushed the sand around and was rushing to get it done before dark. He ended up sealing it with clumps of sand on top of pavers in several areas and a fine layer of sand in many areas. We were not able to see the completed project because it was now dark. They sold us on doing a responsible job and we made the mistake of not closely watching the overage of sand & paying them the same day. Twice, Drew sent out workers (again late in day as almost dark) to look at our mess and do a "touch up". They then found a simple "touch up" would not solve the problems. We waited for all the winter rains to pass & now CPR refuses to correct their inappropriate actions.......even though their warranty states "We stand behind our craftsmanship".
