Poor attention to detail for expansive new pool decking install. Visible swirl marks and hard uneven lines on the decking. Large area at pool entry not salted where the mat was left in place.

Great team to work with. They poured pads for our 40x50 metal shop barn and our 32 x 60 shed row horse barn. Always on time, cleaned up after completion, very helpful with suggestions to make things better, talked to manufactures to make sure they understood plans. Would definitely have them back if we need more cement work and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing cement work done.

This post is for their Reynoso Dirt Company. We are not expert in dirt, but my father wanted some dirt for work around the home. We went to their dirt field to buy a truckload. The person who we talked to, Jesus, did the math on his phone for 1 truckload + delivery to be $200. We asked the total and he said after tax is $216. We agreed to that and left home. When we got home, I had to attend a business meeting so I gave my father the amount ($216) but when they arrived and dumped the material down, they gave my father a charge of $249. The thing is my dad doesn't speak English well and felt pressured to pay because they have already dumped the stuff down. I called in the next day and asked why did the price go up when we already agreed to the total price of $216. Jesus then said it was always $260 but then he gave us a $10 discount to be $249. I reminded him that he told us "the material with the truckload is $200", which then we asked the total and he said $216, because 8.25% of tax of $200 is $16.5 which makes sense and fits the number Jesus gave us. Now, there was a "Secretary" in the office by the name of Shirley. I understand she wasn't present when we talked with Jesus and that her math was correct to be $249 but that misses the point of us agreeing to buy their service for $216 total. Shirley said it's a mistake. Sure, but calling it a mistake and hanging up on a first time customer, that looks very bad. Note that she also brags that they're a big company which makes them credible, LOL. We don't want the money back, we just want honesty. Hopefully my family wasn't the first that these people pulled a fast one.
