Jandu General Engineering Inc – Excavation, Demolition & Site Works Contractor

I contracted Jandu Eng to do the swimming pool demolition and landscaping of the area. I provided a sketch of what I wanted for the landscaping. Sahib and his crew were excellent ! They were diligent in the work that they did. Besides the pool demolition the landscaping installation included artificial turf, gravel walkway and an area that included flowering plants and black bark. I am extremely happy with the completed project. I highly recommend them for the services they provide.

Sahib and team were great. We had done our backyard redone. Sahib guided us what material to use, and also helped design the backyard.

The Jandu Engineering team has been commendable throughout our project. We signed a contract back in April 2025 for the demolition of our house and the filling of the pool. Although there were delays in obtaining the demolition permit, the team exhibited remarkable patience and understanding during this period. They were flexible with rescheduling inspections and consistently met their obligations. Once we finally commenced the work, their efficiency was impressive; they completed the project in less than five days using heavy machinery. Our neighbor even noted their commendable discipline, as they maintained a clean worksite and minimized noise throughout the process. Overall, I have been very pleased with their professional approach and the value they provided for the services rendered.
