​After getting bids from three different contractors for our front yard renovation, we chose Rodco Renovation. While they weren't the lowest bid, we were impressed by their prompt communication and professionalism from the very beginning. ​Rod (the owner) was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. We changed our design more than twice and made several slight adjustments to small details along the way. Despite the extra work this created, Rod and his crew were always patient and willing to make it happen. ​What truly sets Rodco apart is their commitment to providing exceptional value. They performed several additional tasks at no extra charge, saving us over $1,500. For example, they planted a massive, heavy olive tree, adjusted the planter's height with additional materials, and even changed the plan for our pathway and driveway cuts from straight lines to curves—a much more labor-intensive process. ​Rod's crew was knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated, even in 100-degree weather. Their recommendations significantly improved the overall appearance of our project. At the end of each day, they were meticulous about cleaning up, leaving our yard as if no one had been working on it. ​We did have a small disagreement about some oil stains that was caused by their equipment on our asphalt driveway. However, Rod, who also managed the project, handled the issue with great professionalism. He didn't argue and made it right, resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. ​Based on our experience, Rodco Renovation is a reputable and honest company. I would definitely hire them again for future projects, including our upcoming bathroom renovation.
