Robert's Concrete & General Building Construction

Robert comes off as a very nice and knowledgeable individual, however his work ethic substantially lacks. He gave us dates for when he would be sending people to come work, only to have no call/no show. The work they did was wrong and was never fixed because he took on multiple projects at the same time, pushed OUR project aside without notifying us, and blamed everything on the fact that Home Depot was late in getting him rebar for the jobs he had taken on. There was no communication involved and I was constantly having to call or message him to find out anything regarding the work to be done. Apologies only go so far. If you commit to doing a job, the dates the job will be done, then you stick to it or at least keep your customer up to speed on what's going on so they know you're not purposefully avoiding them or the job you committed to doing. At this point in time, the job was cancelled because he called and told me off for being upset and posting this review. I won't be recommending this business to anyone.
