Carlos and Eric are the father and son team of Monarch Concrete. We found them working on a front yard close to us. We spoke with the homeowners and they were filled with praise for Monarch. They replaced our badly cracked driveway, sidewalk and removed the lawn. They listened to our concerns about the steep driveway and the water leaking from the city light pole and provided great suggestions on how to remedy the situation with city approval. They did an awesome job from the initial site discovery, bid to job completion. They took real care in making sure everything was done perfectly and up to code. Work area was always kept clean and work ethics was on point. They take real pride in their craft and we highly recommend their services. Cracks and unevenness developed in our concrete driveway. It was a small area but needed to be addressed. After a few days of exchanging preliminary information, they came out and repaired the area. It looks well-done, and from initial contact to completion, it was less than 10 days.
