AK PAHULU CONSTRUCTION

We had an ADU built in 2023. It was incomplete and we needed someone to help us when our original contractor walked off the job. We searched for new contractor to take over and none wanted to take on the job, but Alani, Thank God, said, "No problem." Alani is a very easy going, friendly, honest, and an excellent contractor. He saw us through the completion of the City approved certification. We will hire AK Pahulu Construction again.

Highly recommended!!! I give a 5 star... I contracted AK Pahulu Construction to add an additional bathroom to my home. I love every bit of it! Alani and his team did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with their work. My kitchen was also remodeled by them and looks gorgeous where I now show off my kitchen and have lots of party's/events with family and friends. My last project with AK Pahulu Construction was adding an additional in-law suite and it is simple Beautiful! Alani worked with me and help with the process of provided permits to make sure everything is legal. A big shout-out to Alani and his team for being very friendly, clean, on time with completion, and financially work with my budget to make me happy! Thanks for making me feel a top priority client!

Thank you Alani and AK Pahulu Construction for the great work on our driveway approach! Alani really went above and beyond in helping us with this, as he not only helped to get the permit, but he also increased his insurance to be able to handle our job. He also talked the inspector into allowing an existing shed for us. After driving on the approach several times, the driveway approach looks as good as new with no cracks at all.
