Richardson's Concrete Effects is an outstanding company! My original deck was stamped and colored with a base color and another color that was marbled/veined on top. It surrounded the pool and extended to both sides of my house. It was in need of repair because of the wear and tear from my dogs after 18 years. I wanted the same look as the original. Other companies I spoke with were less expensive BUT could not give me the stamped, two-tone effect I wanted. Richardson's did! It was a very labor intensive project, and the crew was professional and treated my property with care. They set up boards all around the deck to protect my gardens as they had to sandblast the entire deck. Afterwards, they vacuumed my pool for debris. They powerwashed the cement, laid a coat of new cement on top, then another layer of cement that they stamped. Next, they applied the base coat of color followed by the second color (the veining/marbling effects I wanted throughout the deck were actually hand-painted), and then they applied two layers of sealer that had a grit (not rough though) to prevent it from being slippery. Gina Richardson is absolutely amazing. She (and her crew) consistently communicate about the daily schedule. Gina talks with you throughout the entire process, making adjustments as needed. She made sample boards with different color choices until I found the one I really liked. She wants you to be happy with your color/s and final product. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend them!

We did a great deal of research and interviewed 4 companies before deciding on Richardson's Concrete Effects. We are so happy we went with them!!! The process was so awesome and Gina is absolutely top notch with guiding and helping with color choices. Extremely punctual and thorough. Our concrete turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly how we had envisioned. Actually it turned out much better than we had envisioned with their expertise! We would do it all over again. Highly recommend this company.

Our first project with Richardson's was our rear patio deck after a pool resurfacing job. The result is stunning! The team is fantastic and we were so happy that we just had the crew back this week to do our front patio and entrance, which turned out amazing. The professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional, and I noticed one tech go to the back yard to touch up a spot we had not even noticed. The new look is so improved that we have been reluctant to move our furniture back into place as we just like to gaze the rejuvenated appearance. They are top notch and great to deal with on all aspects of the job.
