JDS CONSTRUCTION

The JDS Team is incredible. SO hard working, accommodating and clean as can be. Their work is top notch. They converted our nasty, poorly designed bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces.

In short, hire them. My father was a general contractor and I've experienced many construction sites and I've got to say, this company runs a very clean, tidy, friendly ship, and performs to an exceptionally high standard. We had our kitchen expanded and JDS did all the planning, permitting and gave us an excellent build with the peace of mind that they cared about our home and our living situation during the construction process. This involved adding a foundation, installing a large beam to support the second story, opening up walls to the outside and was going to be a somewhat challenging living situation. This all turned out to be rather painless cause of their planning, skill and efficient crew. JDS hires a really nice, considerate and talented people - they were very respectful with our home and property, cleaning the worksite after everyday, working safely, and keeping us informed on the process and what to expect. Also, they were just pleasant to interact with. JDS also uses a pretty nice app that shows you the schedule of work, tracks daily progress with photos and allows simple and easy payments. We would love to have them come back and work on our next project in 2025 of a garage loft conversion. On a side note, we are part of the LGBTIQ family and JDS treated us with kindness and respect. I highly recommend them and we are overjoyed with our new kitchen.

Dan and Jamie and the crew built a deck for us. We are very happy with the results, and had an excellent experience throughout the project. JDS is very professional in their approach, even with a small job like ours. We were especially pleased with their great communication and responsiveness throughout. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
