I can be a 'high maintenance customer' and he was patient and fair through scope changes and my '20 questions'. Very responsive. On time, every time. Good attention to detail and cleaned up well each day. Good communicator and a helpful collaborator with important decisions of layout and design. Clean and simple electronic contract with e-sign. Outstanding work by Jesus Herrera’s crew! From my first phone call to estimate to job completion everything was done with an attention to detail and with excellent communication throughout. I called looking for a couple estimates one for a hot tub pad and one for a patio, unfortunately we have to wait until spring for the patio but the crew did an awesome job on the pad for the hot tub and even took a little extra time to put some leftover concrete under my French drain discharge. Couldn’t be happier with the work and we’ll be having them back in the spring for the patio. If you need a relaible, communicative and detail oriented concrete contractor you can’t go wrong with Herrera!
