How a construction company deals with the noise level they put out can speak volumes about their integrity and respect. As a neighbor who has been forced to deal with Cal and his Sanders Construction, I can say he is defensive, angry, and possibly dangerous. He is bending over backwards for the people he works for and if that's all you care about, then this review isn't for you. But when I've hired construction companies, I've cared that they are respectful and polite to my neighbors. It's not much to ask. If someone is working from home, as many people are these days, be kind when they kindly ask your hours and how long the job will go. He was argumentative, confrontational and disrespectful. I've had such good experiences with other contractors as a neighbor and employer, it was shocking that someone like him could be doing this kind of work. And if he's that rude and lacking in compassion to someone simply asking his hours of work, imagine the way he runs his business. Can't be good. Scary man. Stay away. I will research if he is ex-con, because that was the vibe. If you want a good relationship with your neighbors, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are great companies out there who treat their work-sites with respect and decency. Hire them!!! Not this disrespectful angry man.
