Brian and his crew did an exceptional job on the extensive remodel of our 1980s home. We took the house all the way down to the studs, and throughout the process, Brian worked seamlessly with our designer to create a home that feels both beautifully elevated and genuinely livable. The finished result is not only stunning, but also deeply functional for our family, which mattered tremendously to us. His attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear at every stage that nothing was overlooked. Just as important, Brian brought steady communication, thoughtful support, and true collaboration from start to finish. The project stayed on schedule over the course of 10 months, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, craftsmanship, and heart he and his team brought to our home. We would gladly work with Brian again on any future project.

We went to Airehart after a recommendation and got a consult to redo both our bathrooms. They took us through the process every step of the way and keep us in the loop. The work was done on time per the estimate and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the work is outstanding and our bathrooms came out beautifully. Everything was done the right way with no corners cut. The subcontractors and workers were all great and extremely professional. I’d recommend them to anyone and I’d hire them again and again. Brian and his crew just finished a master bathroom addition to our 1930’s Chico home. The entire project ran extremely well from start to finish. From the beginning, there was always a clear line of communication, full transparency in the quote, and help with any changes or adjustments to the plans were met with ease. One of the most impressive aspects of the project was when any changes to the bottom line happened. The changes were always addressed with an electronic change order to reflect the projected cost vs the actual cost. We were really impressed with entire process. Brian’s crew was also top notch. They always showed up as scheduled, kept a very clean job site, and were just overall enjoyable people to be around. If we ever get around to remodeling our kitchen, Airehart construction will be our first choice!
